 Evonne Wilson Evonne is a career Recruitment Consultant who commenced in Sydney as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator for the Armed Services. Throughout her career, she has progressed to owning her own recruitment businesses in both Sydney and Queensland until she made the “seachange” to the Sunshine Coast three years ago. There aren’t many industries, roles or staff levels that Evonne has not recruited for over her decades of experience. Most recently, here on the Sunshine Coast, she has specialised in Legal, Administration, Accounting and Customer Service, from the top to the bottom of the organisation. She thoroughly enjoyed her recruitment responsibilities in her last management role in Sydney, so decided to take the leap into Recruitment Consulting a short time ago. Michelle was raised on the Sunshine Coast and has travelled and worked extensively throughout the east coast of Australia. Her hospitality training provides her with excellent customer service skills and her perfectionism when it comes to the recruitment process is evidenced by her ability to minimise staff turnover wherever she has worked. Michelle is a generalist recruiter with a good grasp of the Sunshine Coast business culture and her results thus far are impressive. With a proven track record in placing highly skilled individuals and retaining long lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike, Samuel understands the core business requirements for entities engaged in major projects and operations whilst also providing job seekers with a detailed and professional service. Having an in depth knowledge of the engineering and resources sector, Samuel can offer an unparalleled level of integrity and service.
Katie started her career in administration working for Federal and Local Government before commencing with HRM over 2 years ago. Initially Katie’s role at HRM involved administration and being the first point of contact for our candidates and clients however over the past 6 months Katie has made a transition into Recruitment. She is regularly filling temporary function shifts throughout the Sunshine Coast and primarily looks after HRM’s temp desk and is beginning to move into filling permanent vacancies. She is a wearer of many caps throughout our office and her warm attitude and diligence ensure a stress free recruitment process for everyone.
