I founded HRM in 2005. The plan when I started HRM was to be a one stop shop for us to partner with small to medium businesses to provide all their people and staffing solutions. We offer temporary placements, permanent placements, out sourced HR services and education in the form of workshops.

Lyn Davies

I have extensive knowledge of local business and regional trends. I have held various roles in the recruitment industry, spanning from professional recruitment in Melbourne to partnering with many Sunshine Coast businesses to place quality personnel locally. My extensive experience enables me to quickly ascertain the ‘best fit’ for businesses and candidates, providing an efficient and effective service to all parties.

Cheryl Keegan

I’ve been working with Sally and the HRM team for over 7 years’ now. Degree qualified, Certified Trainer and Assessor and Advanced DISC Facilitator I work with small to medium and large employers to provide personal and customised people solutions. For my larger clients I review HR Team structures and performance, undertake HR projects and provide a range of professional development, team building and behavioural profiling workshops.

Kate Easton

I have over 13 years’ experience in Recruitment including both local and international markets. My main focus is on the Civil and Construction, Real Estate and Trades sectors and looking after most of the roles with Sunshine Coast Council. I have worked with a wide variety of companies to develop and implement recruitment processes, creating new talent pools and advising how to attract and retain staff.

Stefan Desch

I assist the consultants with the interpretation of Wage Awards & I help calculate rates when it comes to invoicing. I also lend a hand in the office with general admin when necessary.

HRM is such a dynamic office and I love that it’s always quite positive in here. It’s pretty much always – go go go – and when a job comes in it’s all hands on deck. It’s a great feeling too when we – more often than not – give the client more than what they were expecting.
