I founded HRM in 2005. The plan when I started HRM was to be a one stop shop for us to partner with small to medium businesses to provide all their people and staffing solutions. We offer temporary placements, permanent placements, out sourced HR services and education in the form of workshops.
I have extensive knowledge of local business and regional trends. I have held various roles in the recruitment industry, spanning from professional recruitment in Melbourne to partnering with many Sunshine Coast businesses to place quality personnel locally. My extensive experience enables me to quickly ascertain the ‘best fit’ for businesses and candidates, providing an efficient and effective service to all parties.
I assist the consultants with the interpretation of Wage Awards & I help calculate rates when it comes to invoicing. I also lend a hand in the office with general admin when necessary.
HRM is such a dynamic office and I love that it’s always quite positive in here. It’s pretty much always – go go go – and when a job comes in it’s all hands on deck. It’s a great feeling too when we – more often than not – give the client more than what they were expecting.
I joined HRM team with over 25 years’ experience in the HR industry, specialising in working with business’ to deliver the best employee and human resource solutions.
After working with companies of up to 3000 employees to small business across SEQ, I can assist you with everything from contracts, letters of appointment, inductions, staff handbooks, policies and procedures and training to workplace health and safety assistance. Equally, I provide my services for more complex matters such as investigations into complaints, HR planning and strategy, change management, cultural change, performance management and terminations of employment.
I joined HRM at the beginning of 2018 as a Resourcer. My role is to source potential candidates, identify skill sets and manage and support candidates through the process. This includes interviewing candidates, reference checking and preparing candidates for client interviews to hopefully advising them they have been successful in securing their dream job.
With over 10 years of experience as a senior recruitment consultant and in Business Development, I am people oriented with keen observation skills and thrive on finding the right person to fit the role – not just from a skill set point of view but someone who is the right fit for the company and the existing team.
