Sally Desch
Position / Role in HRM

I founded HRM in 2005. The plan when I started HRM was to be a one stop shop for us to partner with small to medium businesses to provide all their people and staffing solutions. We offer temporary placements, permanent placements, out sourced HR services and education in the form of workshops.

Lyn Davies
Position / Role in HRM

I have extensive knowledge of local business and regional trends. I have held various roles in the recruitment industry, spanning from professional recruitment in Melbourne to partnering with many Sunshine Coast businesses to place quality personnel locally.

My extensive experience enables me to quickly ascertain the ‘best fit’ for businesses and candidates, providing an efficient and effective service to all parties.

Stefan Desch
Position / Role in HRM

I assist the consultants with the interpretation of Wage Awards and I help calculate rates when it comes to invoicing. I also lend a hand in the office with general admin when necessary.
HRM is such a dynamic office and I love that it’s always quite positive in here. It’s pretty much always – go go go – and when a job comes in it’s all hands on deck. It’s a great feeling too when we – more often than not – give the client more than what they were expecting.
